We appreciate you shopping with the Official MasterCraft Store and hope you love what you bought! If you need to return or exchange your MasterCraft gear for any reason, please visit our returns and exchanges portal below:

Start Return or Exchange

How it Works:
  • To get started, make sure you have your order number and original email address. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or at the top right of your packing slip.
  • All returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with hang tags attached.
  • Please note that all international sales are final unless the item is defective at the time of delivery.

Exchanges

  • We will gladly exchange unwashed, unworn items.
  • All exchanges will be “instant exchanges”, your new exchange order is placed immediately. This helps you get your items faster and guarantees that your items are in stock.
  • To place an instant exchange, please use our contact form or email us at info@myrainbox.com and we will process your exchange.

Returns

  • We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn items with hang tags still attached for store credit or a refund.
  • All returns to the original payment method are subject to a restocking fee of your initial shipping cost (per order not per item) which will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Follow the steps to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label. 
  • Once a return has been initiated, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. 
  • When your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item and issue a refund or store credit assuming the item is not damaged or worn in any way. Refunds will be reflected on the original form of payment within 1–2 business days following approval from our warehouse team . 

Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of like-new condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags still attached). 
  • The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 1–2 business days once we receive and approve the returned item(s).  
  • Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or defective. 
  • If we are unable to exchange or repair an item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue you a gift card or store credit.

Our Handshake Promise

We strive for excellence in everything we make at MasterCraft. If you are not satisfied with one of our products upon arrival, you may exchange it for the same item, or return it for store credit or a full refund. You have our handshake.
