Holiday 2021 Return Update:

Deadlines for returns have been extended because of the 2021 holiday season. Any order purchased from 10/1 - 12/31 are eligible for a return or exchange until 2/15. Merchandise must meet our return/exchange guidelines. 

We pride ourselves on the quality and fit of our garments, but we understand that occasionally there may be an issue. If you are not satisfied with your purchase because it was either damaged, defective, or we may have shipped you an incorrect item by mistake, please follow the instructions and requirements below to process a return or exchange.

Most products purchased from us can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date your order is received. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.

**Exchanges: Please include a completed exchange form in your return package. If the form is not present in the return package, a refund will be issued. 

Process a return or exchange

If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge will be deducted from your refund or the refund may be denied. Original freight or shipping charges are not refundable unless the returned products are deemed defective.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: We will process your return up to 14 days after we receive it. Please allow up to one credit cycle after that for your bank to post any applicable refunds to your account. Shipping charges are not refunded.

GENERAL RETURN CONSIDERATIONS

If you would like assistance in returning an item, please contact us for more information. Certain items are not eligible for return, such as clearance items or items that have been worn or damaged, etc. Please visit our FAQs section for more details.

PREPARING YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN
  1. Download and print the return label. (Click “Process a Return or Exchange” button above to receive prepaid return label)
  2. Pack all the returned items, along with the packing slip placed inside your original package, and attach the label on a box. You may use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
  3. Please take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship.
  4. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items and when a refund is issued.

Important: If you need to return multiple orders, please don't consolidate returns. Return orders individually, using a separate return label for each order. For an exchange, please follow this same process.  If all exchange requirements are met, we will send the requested exchange via USPS at no additional charge to the customer.

UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES

If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, we will pass along any penalties, charges, or fees from carrier that may include, but is not limited to, extra shipping charges.

We will; however, reach out for a correct address within 14 days of receiving the refused package. 

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL FEES?

Currently, international customers are subject to and responsible for international taxes, duties and fees not calculated at checkout. This includes any international taxes, duties and fees associated with returned merchandise. 

International customers are not eligible for prepaid return labels.
