ORDERING

What designs can I choose from?

The options are currently limited to 7 exclusive, co-branded designs, which are available to view on the Co-Branding webpage.

What styles can I choose from?

You can currently choose from Men’s t-shirts, Women’s t-shirts (performance style), Men’s long sleeve and Women’s long sleeve (performance style).

What color shirts can I choose from?

We currently offer the following colors:

Men’s/Unisex short sleeve:

  • Blue Heather
  • Navy
  • Silver
  • Black
  • White
  • Indigo

Women’s short sleeve (performance):

  • White
  • Silver

Men’s long sleeve:

  • White
  • Red
  • Black

Women’s long sleeve (performance):

  • Black
  • White

*Color Circle design not available on women’s performance t-shirt or long sleeve.

What are the prices of the shirt?

The prices for each shirt are the normal retail minus your 40% off. Please see the retail prices below:

Men’s and Women’s Short Sleeve
S-XL: $27.99
2XL+: $29.99

Men’s and Women’s Long Sleeve
S-XL: $37.99
2XL+: $39.99

Is there an order minimum?

We require a minimum order of $200 on any initial co-branded orders. This is not required on repeat purchases of the same design.

How do I place an order?

Schedule a call with our customer service team. Once understanding your needs, we will provide a proof and quote for your request. After receiving your approval, we will provide an invoice that can be paid via credit card and once processed, your order will be produced and shipped to you.

How long does it take to produce my order?

The production timeline is 10-14 business days from the date/time the order is approved. This does not include transit time from our facility to the order destination.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is the return policy?

Because of the custom co-branding element, we are unable to accept returns. However, items may be exchanged if any of the following occur: a) the shirt themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the print is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is significantly different from the final design submitted and approved by the customer. Fabritech will not accept exchanges for items with evidence of excessive wear, misuse or alteration. All exchanges must be approved by Fabritech prior to the production of reproduced items. 

How do I process an exchange?

Please email service@fabritech.biz with the following information:

  • Contact name
  • Dealership name
  • Phone number
  • Order number
  • Item description or SKU number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photographs of the issue

Once our customer service team has reviewed and approved your exchange request, a member of our service team will email a return-shipping label to the email provided. Please print the return-shipping label and attach the label to the package containing the items to be exchanged. When Fabritech receives tracking information for the exchanged item(s), a new order will be submitted to production and the items will be shipped to the original address provided in 3-5 business days.

ADDITIONAL REQUESTS

Are there additional items, such as promotional products, that can be co-branded?

Yes, we are able to co-brand various items from mugs and tumblers to bags, coolers and giveaway items. However, the process is slightly different. Please see below.

What if I want something co-branded other than a shirt?

Please email your request to service@fabritech.biz. Please include desired quantity, product comparison(s) and desired completion date. Once received, we will review and provide a quote within 3-5 business days.

APPROVAL PROCESS

What is the process for approval?

Once we receive your logo along with desired design, shirt(s), quantities, etc. we will provide a digital proof for your review within 3 business days. You can provide edits (limited to 2 revisions) and/or approve the artwork. Any revisions will be completed within 1 business day for your review. Once approved, we will process your order and the production timeline of 10-14 business days will begin.

What is the timeline for revisions/approval?

For any revisions, we will provide the updated design within 1 full business day. For approval, we will acknowledge receipt and process the order for production within 1 full business day of your approval.

ARTWORK/LOGO

Where can I place my logo on my selected shirt?

We have defined options for logo placement; left chest and full back. Please review the designs on the co-branding page for reference of logo placement.

What is the appropriate file type when uploading my logo?

Artwork should be 300DPI, 100% of size on a transparent background. Acceptable file types include:

  • Photoshop (layered unflattened file) (.PSD)
  • Illustrator (.AI)
  • Vector PDF (not a .jpg saved as a PDF)
  • PNG transparent background
  • EPS

I don’t have a logo in the appropriate file type, what do I do?

We are able convert your logo to the appropriate file type for a fee of $100.

Will my logo be full color or one color?

All co-branded shirts will be include a one-color logo; black or white, based on the shirt selection. If your logo is full color, we will convert it accordingly based on shirt selection.

I don't have a logo, can you use my dealer name instead?

Yes, we can place your dealer name in the appropriate placement using a pre-determined font based on the selected shirt design.
